Having out-grown their existing building and a nearby annex, Charter Bank of Eau Claire decided to design and construct a new facility on the adjacent former Chi-Chi's Restaurant site. The new 30,000 square foot, two-story facility features a "circle of service" on the main level which is represented by a circular configuration of tellers, lenders, brokers and new account representatives. This arrangement provides customers with easy access to services and bank management personnel. The Charter Bank facility, designed in a classical architectural style, also included a four lane drive-up.
