The idea for the new Cigan Properties office building developed as a result of the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce's determination to relocate their operations to the downtown area. As an active supporter of the revitalization of Downtown Eau Claire, Cigan Properties recognized the opportunity to develop a new office facility overlooking the Eau Claire River. The 20,000 square foot building also offers office and meeting spaces for the tenants including balcony areas overlooking the Eau Claire River.

The architectural design of the exterior of the building is complementary to the historic downtown neighborhood. The adjacent bike trail along the river and somewhat limited site space had significant influence on the available foot print for the building.
