The First Impressions Professional Building accommodates an expanding dental practice and provides room for future growth as well as allowing for the possibility of other practices or professional services joining them in the future. The new 16,000 square foot facility includes a 9,000 square feet of pediatric and pedodontic dental offices, additional staff support areas, storage, and 5,000 square feet of future leasable office space.

The site selected for the facility is prominent in the city of Wausau. Located on a major arterial street on one of the city's many hills, the site offers long range views of the area. In fact, a key challenge in the design of this facility was working with the steeply sloped site. The result is a two-story structure with ample windows and a central skylight, allowing for generous amounts of natural light and beautiful views from the greater part of both levels.
