Manufacturing & Technology Center

Located on the Gateway Campus, Chippewa Valley Technical College's 51,000 square foot Manufacturing and Technology Center houses manufacturing-related educational programs such as industrial mechanics and electronics. Intended for use by both the college and local businesses, the Center also features conference areas designed to function as multimedia corporate board rooms or instructional spaces for groups up to 38 persons. Special lighting, acoustical treatments, furniture, and finishes were used to accommodate a multifunctional environment.

Flexibility and expandability were key design issues. Classroom labs have a maximum amount of open space, and lab and office partitions are removable. The facility was designed to easily accommodate future expansion at this campus.
