The two-story Marquip Corporation office building includes private and semi-private offices for engineering, marketing, business management, data processing, and clerical functions. Also included in the 54,000 square foot office facility are a photo lab, library/conference area, and a large fire-protected print storage room.

A key program requirement for Marquip, a paper industry equipment manufacturer, was the design of an attractive and comfortable office environment to attract and retain highly skilled engineering personnel.
