Plant & Office Addition

As a result of an increase in the demand for high-end printed circuit boards, TTM Technologies experienced a need for additional manufacturing and office space. The resulting project included a 52,000 square foot addition consisting of wet rooms, cleanrooms, shipping facilities, waste treatment and office space. The addition is comprised of 37,000 square feet manufacturing space and 15,000 square feet of office area. The cleanroom areas offer approximately 1,500 square feet of Class 1000 cleanroom space and 3,000 square feet of Class 10,000 cleanroom space.

Need for immediate use of the facility required a compressed design and construction schedule. The project was designed to allow early orders for long lead time building components. The overall time for design and construction was approximately 11 months. During this period, TTM was provided early access to key spaces for equipment installation.
