Bloomer, Wisconsin |
67,000 Square Feet |
The design and construction of the new Bloomer Middle School was the result of the district's decision to replace an aging downtown facility located on a confined site. The 67,000 square foot facility houses fifth through eighth grades and is designed to accommodate future expansion.
The middle school features a multipurpose cafeteria area and tiered lecture stage. The art, technical education, family and consumer education, music classrooms, IMC and computer areas are centrally located in the building between the academic wings. A 500-seat gymnasium and locker rooms are also included in the facility, which is located on a 38 acre site.
