Our in-house team of architects, CAD technicians, and

Architectural Design— Our talented architects will design your building to meet your space requirements and to be aesthetically pleasing, durable, ageless, and enviable.

Facility Analysis— We understand existing buildings need to be analyzed to determine serviceability, code compliance, operating efficiency, and occupant safety.

Master Planning— We help our clients plan for future building decisions.

Sustainable Design/LEED— We can integrate design strategies that minimize your building’s negative impact on the natural environment while creating healthy and safe buildings.

Cost Estimating and Project Budgeting— Meeting the project requirements includes accurate and reliable construction cost information and overall budgets that address all project costs.

Contract Administration— Our long-standing policy is to be on-site a minimum of once per week to observe the construction work, monitor progress, and answer contractor questions.

Construction Services Procurement Assistance— How will your project be built? Publicly bid? Bid-by-invitation? Negotiated? We can help you decide.

Post-construction Follow-up— We’re concerned how well our buildings are performing after completion of construction. We remain involved in helping you resolve any problems that develop during the warranty and beyond.

ENGINEERING SERVICES

Our engineering services are provided through a variety of engineering and specialty field consultants with whom we have strong working relationships. We have a number of consultants in each discipline from which to choose. We select consultants for each project based upon their specific qualifications and experience related to our client’s projects.
